P.S. Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

These are our absolute favorite muffins! They are perfect for when you are craving something sweet! Refined sugar-free and grain-free!




Ingredients

2 1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

3/4 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips


Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with paper liners

2. In a large bowl mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt

3. In a separate smaller bowl combine the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and mix until all combined.

4. Slowly start to pour some of the wet mixtures into the dry and mix thoroughly each time you add the wet mixture until it is all combined.

5. Once all combined start to fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Divide the batter into the cupcake tin evenly and bake for 20 minutes

7. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
