P.S. Chocolate Chip Blondies

Here's our own twist on blondies! These delicious desserts are filled with a fudgy chocolate filling surrounded by a chocolate chip blondie. P.S. Enjoy!




Ingredients


for the blondie

2 cups almond flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup almond butter

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp almond milk

1/2 cup chocolate chips


for the filling

1/4 cup almond butter

1 tbsp coco powder

1 tbsp coconut oil


Directions


for the blondie

1. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl

2. In a microwave-safe bowl melt the coconut oil and almond butter

3. Once melted add the coconut sugar, vanilla, and almond milk and stir until all the way combined

4. Once fully mixed add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together.

5. If the batter seems dry add more almond milk until you get a cookie dough consistency.


for the filling

1. Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil until a thick and smooth consistency.

2. Mix in the cocoa powder until fully combined.


Constructing it

1. Spread about half the batter onto a pan

2. spread the filling evently on the bottom layer of blondie.

3. Top with the remaining batter

4. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes!

5. Cool and enjoy!
