Ingredients
1 3/4 cups coconut sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium-size bowl beat together the eggs, coconut sugar, salt, vanilla and cocoa powder.
4. In a small bowl whisk the almond flour and baking powder together.
5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet and beat until all the way combined.
6. Pour in the chocolate chips.
6. Spread evenly into a pan and bake for 35 minutes.
