P.S. Banana Bread

This chocolate chip banana bread is astonishing! Not only is it filled with flavor, but it is also grain-free & sugar-free!





Ingredients

2 cups of overripe bananas

4 eggs

2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

2 1/4 cups of blanched almond flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder (optional)

1 cup of chocolate chips



Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt & baking powder

3. In a different large bowl, combine mashed bananas & eggs. Then slowly add in maple syrup, vanillia & coconut oil

5. Fold in the chocolate chips

6. Get a loaf pan & spray it with coconut oil, then pour the mixture in

7. Bake for 45-55 minutes

8. Cool & Enjoy
